Eligibility Rules

All stories, music videos, and web sites that were first uploaded somewhere on the internet between January 1, 2001 and March 31, 2003 are eligible. We have used Anne's Place, Zoomway's Message Boards, and the Archive to create a list of eligible stories and videos.
If you would like your story or video to be eligible and it's not on our list, please email us and let us know! Similarly, if your video or story is on the eligible list and you'd like us to remove it, please let us know, and we'd be happy to oblige.
